·We suggest that you take a unboxing video for every package you receive
If there is any damage or missing items, please provide an unboxing video:
    1. Each layer of seal must have a clear unboxing video (unboxing video must be included at the opening of the upper and lower sides of the packaging film for express packages and product boxes)
    2. The video must be clear, complete, and must be fully captured without any blurring or editing marks.
    3. Damaged or missing parts must be clearly captured in the video.

·If the received product is damaged, with a satisfactory unboxing video, we offer customers a full refund or a replacement.

·Customized accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to non-quality reasons.

·The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

·Customers must provide proof of purchase for claims.
